Alex at CSI Technologies does a great job. He arrived at my office and had my hardware problem isolated within two minutes.
My computer is a custom high-end system that I just had built out of state. Alex didn’t just repair the hardware malfunction (video stopped working), but went in and fine-tuned the system, fixed several items I had not been comfortable with.
CSI Tech had me up and running in about 25 minutes. Fantastic service, great price; I highly recommend CSI Tech in the San Antonio area!

I am not from the US but was in San Antonio on a business trip, when my laptop which I depend on for business crashed on me, it was the middle of the night and I was working late, I lost everything the next morning I thought my trip was ruined but someone gave me one of Alex’s cards I called him and he came right over to my hotel and Fixed the laptop in less than 2 hours I don’t travel often but next time I’m in San Antonio I am bringing my home computer with me to have Alex fix it too. I highly recommend him.

I’ve had my laptop down for almost 6 months I’ve taken it to various other repair shops and have always had bad luck with getting it fixed it would work for a bit then crash again, after paying hundreds of dollars for services which did nothing. I finally found Alex and he took care of the issue in 1 day. it’s been almost 3 months and i have not had any problems at all. very fast, very reliable, and very reasonable. thank you

I hired CSI about 6 months ago to replace the broken screen on my laptop which I accidentally stepped on (don’t ask) Alex was able to give me a quote over the phone, which was very competitive it took a couple of days for the screen to come in and once it did he was able to install it and have it ready the next day. Awesome service and very nice. I was very happy when he contacted me today asking me to write a review about his service, Since I had lost his number and have more work for him. but anyway’s bottom line… great service, great price, fast turn around time, and a very nice guy to boot. highly recommended …

As a business owner when my network or computers go down it’s a big deal. thankfully I found Alex with CSI Technologies, he was able to get us up and running in no time. very reasonable price and even came out on a holiday to get us going. He is my go to guy for all my IT needs now. and he also installed security cameras in my office which I’m also very happy with. I highly recommend CSI technologies.
